This blog struck a part of me from the very first post. As many of us trying to make a living online, John left his job in search of something better, and uses his blog as an output for his frustrations.
Many of us did the very same thing. With nothing else to turn to, we suddenly had the urge to change something in our lives. We left work, and set out to start all over again. My career was ended by me after 17 years. Not that I didn’t like the job, but something told me it was time. John Left has done the very same thing. He left his career, and is now blogging about everything in life that gets him wound up.
This blog is a perfect example of “Looks aren’t everything.†The blog is a standard Blogger blog. Nothing fancy about it, but it doesn’t really matter. The writing of this man is nothing less than “Superb!!†John is an obviously a very intelligent individual. He has a style of writing that is hard to look away from, and I just read 12 months of his blog posts word by word, and left wishing there were more.
The blog is about more than just a guy looking for a job. It’s about his outlook on life, and his refusal to give in to oppressive forces of today’s society. He not only writes, but he is also a dedicated reader. Not many of us can claim to be up to date on what is happening in the world around us, but this man can. He is a faithful reader such things as the Chicago Tribune, and Rolling Stone. I am guessing those are just the tip of what he uses to educate himself about the world.
