Review: San Francisco Daily Photo

Rated 5 at BloggeriesToday’s review is for a photo blog, the blog is called San Francisco Daily Photo. I love art and photography so when I realized there was a photography category in the directory I had to review one of the blogs listed there.

The blog, as one should already assume consists mostly of photographs, some unusual some extraordinary, some just make you wonder why were they photographed in the first place.

There’s not a lot of text but they say a picture is worth a thousand words so the author gives a brief description and the rest is up to the picture.

Judging from the number of comments for the posts I’d say I’m not alone in my opinion that the author/photographer is doing a great job.

There’s not much else I can say, you will have to take a look for yourself and formulate your own opinion.

As for my favorite photo in the blog, I couldn’t decide on one but the top three would be the ones posted on the following dates and in no particular order, Feburary 7th, March 22nd and March 24th.

Review: The Google Insider

Rated 5 at BloggeriesHere’s a nice blog I found which will keep you up to date with what big G is doing. The Google Insider is a blog that focuses on Google and nothing but Google.
If Google does it or it happens to Google you can read about it at The Google Insider.

The blog is maintained by Jonathan Dingman and I must say Jonathan is doing a great job at keeping up with Google because I couldn’t find anything that big G has done that wasn’t in his blog.

I haven’t a clue as far as update frequency goes because the posts don’t have any dates, it seems pretty regular though.

I think this is a great idea, the secret to success in blogging is to write as often as possible, preferably at least once per day and with Google as a subject there’s no shortage of topics to write about. Just a note, the blog is in no way affiliated with Google.

Jonathan has earned his right to be in the Bloggeries Spotlight.

Requesting a review

It’s very easy to request a review, all you have to do is click the review request button in the sidebar.

The button will take you to a review request form where you will be asked to provide me with some information I will need in order to review your blog.

Fill out the form and click the send button and I will review your blog in the order the request was received.

Not all reviews are a result of a request we do occasionally go through the directory and pick blogs to review.

If your blog meets our requirements it will eventually receive a reveiw, it will be much faster though if you request it.

You can learn more about our reviews by checking out our FAQ page.

Review: Ultra Tech

Rated 4 at BloggeriesHere’s a blog I just came accross offering the latest news in the technology world. Ultra Tech as they call themselves is an good resource for those of us that are trying to keep up with the latest news in technology.

The blog is very informative and well written, update frequency could use some improvement but it’s still updated several times a month.

More recent articles provide information on free alternatives to software piracy, Sony PS3 and Microsoft’s Origami project.

Perhaps due to the couple times a week update frequency it may not be the best source for those of us trying to keep up but none the less it’s still quite useful.
