Everything Everywhere Travel Blog Review

We all have an inkling to travel somewhere within us, even if it just means we want to simply getaway from the everyday if only for a few minutes, hours, days, weeks, what have you. The blog we are looking at today is going to allow you to live your travel dreams vicariously through the blog. The blog is called the Everything Everywhere Travel Blog. For those that love to travel for the sheer enjoyment of seeing places all around the world, this blogger is living the dream. The blogger is Gary Arndt and has been traveling, and blogging around the world since March 2007. In his journeys, as you will see on the header, Gary has traveled for 12 months, visited 34 countries, traveled 92,000 kilometers, and is currently blogging out of Australia. As you read the blog, you will find out more interesting information about Gary, such as, how many times he’s crossed the International Date line, or how many times his travels have taken him across the equator. If you would like to live vicariously through this dream travel blog, have a look at any of Gary’s recent bloggeries: Daily Travel Photo – Puerto Princessa, Palawan, Phillippines; Tasmania: Australian for Cold; Daily Travel Photo – Tokyo, Japan; Off to Tas!; Daily Travel Photo – Mount Bromo, Java, Indonesia; Mungo National Park; Daily Travel Photo – Savai’I, Samoa; and My Walk up the Sydney Harbor Bridge.

Maoi in Rano Raraku crater - Easter IslandThe blog is very cleanly laid out which makes it very easy to navigate. The blog is divided into window box menus that separate the blog items from each other in a clean organized manner. When you load the blog before the boxes appear, you will be greeted with a lovely background of a mountain and rainbow scene. Bloggeries are left marginalized and the blog has a right-sided navigation bar. Bloggeries are in white text on black background, and links are highlighted in a bright blue. In the right navigation bar you will find a ‘Follow Me’ subscription button that is followed by different places online that you can find the blogger (like Flickr, facebook, etc.) You will then find here a Pages Menu with links for the About page, Airport Codes, FAQ, Contact info, Travel Blog Directory, Travel Gear, and Travel Map. Also in the right navigation bar is a travel scorecard, Upcoming Locations, Blog Calendar, Recent Comments Menu, Archives Menu, and widgets where you can join this bloggers online communities at MyBlogLog.

Overall I give this blog a 5/5, as it is excellently presented on all blog scoring criteria. The blog appearance is clean and organized with relevant pictures associated with each bloggery. This makes the blog very easy to navigate as well. The blog has well written content in a reader friendly tone that gives the blogger’s travel memoirs a lovely personal voice that takes you into the heart of each location he visits. The blog is also updated very frequently on a daily basis which is keeping this blogger’s readership nice and healthy. If you love to travel, or just want to, this blog overall is an excellent read and would be appreciated by everyone from the novice to seasoned traveler.

Make Money Online with EJ Cooksey – Blog Review

Make Money online with EJ Cooksey Blog ReviewIf you are looking for a fresh approach on an old concept, making money online, then you will want to check out the latest money making blog that is being reviewed by Bloggeries.  The blog is called Make Money Online with EJ Cooksey, and can be found on its own domain at .  The blogger is EJ Cooksey who is a work at home mom, whose industry is primarily the Internet.  Given that she runs approximately 13 blogs, and is heavy into affiliate marketing, she is probably very good at it, which lends some credibility to her blogging advice.  This blogger has a lot of interests however, and they include reading, family, and ‘making a million dollars online’ among many other interests that she has.  Get an idea for what EJ Cooksey and her blog is all about by looking at any of her recent bloggeries:  A to Z and a Simple 1,2,3; Earn 100% Commission with George Plus’s Dime Sale; Have a Wonderful Easter!; Motivation and  Momentum; Will you Find all the ‘Hidden’ Freebies?; A Little Biz Can Make Big Money Online; FREE Internet Marketing Products and Downloads!; It’s My Blogaversary!;, Inspiring Irish Blessing; Review – Roboform; and 11 Useful Tips for How to Use the Secret!

The blog is neatly laid out into boxes that contain the blog meat, and this makes it easy to navigate.  You will find a top menu bar, as well as a left and right sided navigation system, with bloggeries being centralized.  In the top menu bar, you will find links to Home, Money Makers, Favorite Sites, Freebies, About Me, Contact, Disclosure Policy, and Privacy Policy.  Bloggeries are in black text on the yellow background of the boxes, and the header of the blog is in green, which is to make you think of money and making money while you are there.  In the left sided navigation bar you will find the Blogger Profile; Subscription buttons; Recommended Money Makers; Recommended Products and Programs Menu; Free Reports, Programs and Ebooks Menu; Categories Menu (called Labels); Archives Menu, and a Recent Entrecard Droppers Widget.  The blog is a very informative and comprehensive blog which you can see in its extensive categories menu which will direct you to sections such as 100% Referral Commissions, Affilliate Marketing, Blog Reviews, Contests, Copywriting, Daily 3$ Special, and so much more.  The right sided navigation systems is used strictly for Entrecard purposes as well as some advertising and AdSense.

This blog gets a 3.4/5 at this point with just a few suggestions to offer.  Overall this is a well organized blog with a clean template and thus it scores well on navigation scores.  Content is well written in a strong personal voice that is credible for the reader.  Activity scores are lacking a little as the blog is averaging around 15 or 16 posts a month, and scores would be higher with regular, meaning daily, activity.  The appearance scores of the blog could use some work, as this blog has quite extensive advertising located throughout the entire blog, and this reviewer found it more than a little distracting. I understand the function of the blog is to make money, but throughout the entire read during the review, I kept feeling like someone was trying to ‘sell me’ something.  Otherwise  however, this is a well organized blog, and comprehensive in the amount of information it puts out.  With regular activity, it should be able to maintain and sustain a healthy readership over time.

Giant Bits – Blog Review

New York Giants Superbowl ChampionsWell, if you are a Giants fan still reveling in the glory from the SuperBowl, then you may be happy to know there is still a place you can hang out to dish about your favorite team. There is a blog on the New York Giants, called Giant Bits. The blogger is working hard to keep football fans hunger satiated with all there is to know about the Giants. While the blog revels in the Superbowl victory, this is not just another Superbowl dish. Read his recent bloggeries to find out: Coach Spagnuolo to Stay with the Giants, A Giant Upset: Super Bowl XLII Champions, Super Bowl XLII: Giants at New England, Super Bowl XLII: Giants vs Patriots, Surprise Trip to Arizona, Awasom Arrested, Me-Ki Barber and Why These Giants are Better Without Him, Super Bowl XLII and Me-Ki Barber, Specter Calls for Congressional Hearing on “Spygate”, and Knight Signs with Gmen; Other Free Agent News.

New York Giants Superbowl ChampsThe blog is very easy to read, well organized, and easy to navigate. Bloggeries are centralized and there are both left and right navigation bars. In the left navigation bar you will find a host of sites to buy NFL tickets such as CTC Tickets, Vivid Seats, The Seats. Here you will also find a Categories Menu with only one category called ‘UnCategorized’, Archives Menu, Recent Posts Menu, and Related Blogs Menu. In the right navigation system is some AdSense. Each bloggery is well laid out and associated with relevant pictures. I like the theme of the blog as well, it reads as if it was the sports section of the newspaper in both appearance and in tone of content.

Overall I give this blog a 4/5, and have just a few suggestions. The blog looks great from an appearance and navigation perspective and scores well on content as well. I would suggest the blogger add some categories to the categories menu just to make navigation a little bit simpler than it is at this point. Judging by his recent posts, I would even suggest categories such as Coaching, Injury List, Superbowl Stats, Players, and etc. The blog is missing an About page, but given the function of an about page, I don’t think this blog needs it unless he wants to connect with his readers on a more personal level. It is pretty clear what the blog is about, but some readers may enjoy a little About information to add a more personal feel to the blog. Overall, though not a Giants fan (my apologies) I enjoyed reading this blog and think that any Giants fan would benefit from this blog, as much as the writer would benefit from that readership.
