Plasmetic – Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Guide and News – Bloggeries Review

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to get a nip here, a tuck there? What are all the ins and outs of cosmetic surgery? What is involved, how much does it cost, is it even worth it? Here is a site that will answer all of those questions and more . This site has the beauty conscious in mind and will cover the latest in plastic surgery, botox, implants, liposuction, tummy tucks, brow lifts, and lasik surgery. They also review spas on a regular basis and will be the first ones to tell you who to see and who to avoid. To top it off, they offer you the latest research in the industry, as well as industry related trends and technology. Some of their recent posts include Old spa treatments resurface in the Czech, DNA Diet for a great look, Hydrafacial – A new rejuvenation option, Nordic Walking, Facial aging is not the result of gravity, Man boob woes, Symlin Pramliptide – Diabetic Drug aids in weight loss, The latest from Japan – Eyelash wigs, and Brazilian surgeon’s endeavors results in ‘lipotourism’. I really enjoyed the credibility of this site, they back up almost everything with solid research. An interesting post for example was “DNA Diet for a Great Look”, where recent research shows that you can have your DNA tested to find out what foods you should/should not be eating. Gotta love technology. If you are on the squeamish side, you want to avoid the “Man Boob Woes” post, I don’t think I need to say more, do I?

Navigation on this site is ridiculously easy. Posts are left marginalized with appropriate pictures and standard black text on a white background. There are two right sided navigation bars, one is almost entirely a categories bar, but you will also find the About menu, contact links, and the RSS subscription. The far right bar contains recent posts links, and here you can subscribe to their newsletter. The site further has a top menu for more ease of navigation, and here you will find the home link, forums, about link, how to advertise, and contact information. The extent of the categories is so comprehensive, I won’t mention them here. Suffice it to say there are over 1500 posts on this blog, and whatever you can think of for a cosmetic surgery category, it is there I assure you. Even better, you will find a category section devoted entirely to different locations for major metropolitans in the States.

This blog earned a 5 from me. It contained all of the necessary elements to justify this, frequent postings that were unique and well written. Consistent activity and a layout and navigation system that was extremely user friendly. They also have a sizable readership and excellently laid out pictures that are very useful in this industry. Normally at this point I am offering suggestions, however, I can’t think of anything that would improve this blog. Clearly plasmatic.com is doing very well and wish them continued success!

Credit – Debt – Personal Finance – Bloggeries Review

If you are looking for some financial advice, you may want to have a look at a blog about credit, debt, and personal finance. This site offers chexsystems help and bad credit resources. The owner of the blog, Steve, wanted to create this blog as an all-in-one community where people could come to find helpful information and advice on credit and personal finance. He also hopes this blog will help people fulfill all of their financial needs such as personal finance and loans, credit cards, and mortgages. The site is pretty standard and fairly easy to use, and in fact even the most recent posts offer some very basic pointers and FAQ so to speak on financial terminology. Check out these most recent entries: Compounding Interest vs. Simple Interest, What makes up a FICO Score?, Agloco – Newest Money-Making Craze!, Last Read: Why We Want you to be Rich ( By Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki), How a Cash Advance can help your Credit, and Making Money Online with Google AdSense.

Navigation on this site is very simple. The posts are left marginalized with black text on white background. The posts have been fairly frequent lately, and this trend seems to have picked up over the last couple of weeks. There is a bit of a gap between April and June, tho June seems to be picking up the pace. There is a right sided navigation bar that contains both an archives menu, with archives going back to July 2006, so the site is not quite a year old yet. Below that is a categories menu where you will find categories such as banking, ChexSystems, Credit, Debt, Insurance, Making Money, Misc. Mortgage, Personal Loans, Real Estate, and Welcome posts. There is very little left to offer on the site outside of generic postings on finance related matters. The posting seems very relevant however and is well written and user friendly, easy to understand formats.

I am giving this site a 3 as it is lacking a few elements. I think this site needs just a little jumpstart to build a readership. The content is excellent, I love how user friendly it is, and it answers key questions that a lot of people just don’t know about yet. However, with the exception of the last week or so, activity has been sparse. The site could use some relevant pictures, even pictures of money or credit cards or something to get people a little more stirred up about the content. Navigation however is very easy, so no difficulties on that note. And I think that it needs something to make this blog stand out amongst all the other finance blogs, it is lacking some kind of pop that will tell its readers that this blog is the one to beat when it comes to financial matters. Perhaps some widgets, feed readers, that kind of thing would be enough to spunk it up a little.

Fast Weight Loss Tips Blog – Bloggeries Review

Weight loss is such a huge topic today, there are probably more people that you know that are either on a diet, trying to lose weight, or simply trying to eat better. You may want to recommend Brad Chappel’s Fast Weight Loss blog to him — . Here Brad draws from his own personal experiences to share with you the most effective weight loss tricks. What I like about this blog is Brad highlights in a very well-written fashion the juxtaposition between how easy it is to gain weight, and how difficult it is to lose it. Brad shares with his readers on how the key to get success in life is to keep on learning good things from wherever you get. It does not get much simpler than that, and we could all use a little dose of simple truth now and then. He also makes it well known that winning the race is to be steady and slow, and fast may not always be the best. For example his post “Drinking more water for losing extra weight” is some advice that we could all use, but he offers some excellent alternatives for getting your water intake if you are not a huge water fan. Other posts you will find enlightening are Satisfactory eating with fewer calories, Healthy weight loss foods, Calorie burning exercises, Drinking more water for losing extra weight, How to lose more pounds, More than half of adults in European Union overweight, How to lose love handles tips, weight loss motivational tips, Heavy born infants more likely to be overweight later on, How a glass of apple juice daily will do the trick, and Overweight getting results from exercising.

Navigation on this site is fairly straightforward. Posts are left marginalized, and the additional blog content can be found in the right navigation bar. The blog offers a nice beige background with forest green border, and dark brown text leaving it very easy on the eyes and an enjoyable read. On the right navigation bar, you can subscribe to the feed and check out Brad’s favorite Fast Weight Loss posts including “How to lose Love Handles” and “How to lose 10 pounds in two weeks”, both subjects any weight loss participant would probably jumpt to first. You will also find here a menu of various weight loss blogs, a disclaimer on the medical accuracy of the blog, and a series of standard blog widgets. I wouldn’t mind seeing some categories in this section either, this topic could easily be divided into exercise, diet, goal setting, cardio, yoga, and items of that nature to organize the blog a little bit more. Some pictures would also be a great addition to this blog as currently the posts are standard text, and pictures would definitely spice this one up a bit.

Overall I am going with 3.5 here, and just a few suggestions. The content is well done, even though clearly English is not the first language here. However, this is barely noticeable which to me speaks volumes on the content quality as it is very difficult to get a point across in a tongue different than your own. The posts are fairly frequent, every few days or so. I would suggest to entice his readers a bit more to perhaps include a daily weight loss tip, nothing major just a quip to keep daily active posting. Then perhaps additions of longer articles at the current frequency would balance the blog out excellently. I would also suggest taking AdSense out of every single post, I don’t think it is necessary, and could be a bit distracting. Otherwise, I think this is an excellent blog, as do each of Brad’s 114 readers obviously. I think with just a few tweaks it could be a stunning success. And for a blog that is about personal growth and goal achievement, I think that would be well deserved.
