People/Users will realize about your website that you are a regular blogger. 5. Your Website value will increase, other people want to have a back from your website. I'm befuddled as to what's meant by "relevant content". Do you mean a model railroading blog that includes posts on model railroading as opposed to posts on, say, in-ground pools? I think that I'd assume that that would be a given.

Hi, yes that's right! I think relevant content is important!

Relevant content seems to lower bounce rates since the SE visitors aren't coming to a page about tomato plants when they're looking for shoes.

Relevance is the only thing that makes a real difference between a valuable and a useless blog. However, this is not easily achievable and it is targeted especially toward potential customers. Only then come the crawlers.

This conversation sounds to me rather like people debating, "Does a restaurant benefit from having food available for sale?" or "Are people more likely to want a book if it has words and sentences printed on the pages?" or "Are ballpoint pens more useful if they have ink?"

Yep, pretty much, although I guess nobody is actually debating so much as merely nodding in agreement. Ballpoint pens with ink *are* pretty cool, you know....
