How Many Blogs Can You Maintain Effectively?

Quite a number of us create multiple Blogs to ensure the Blogs have their own niche contents.
But its also difficult to ensure continuous contents to the Blogs.
Thus, in your personal experience, how Many Blogs Can You Maintain Effectively?

For me it's all about quality over quantity. There is no point having 100 blogs if you can't maintain them and offer something; however 1 or 2 blogs can easily provide this. Think of your visitors.

to maintain blog effectively with excellent quality i can manage not more than 3...for quality you have to give your time and ideas

It really depends on how good you are with time. I personally use FutureRSS and prepublish content so I can schedule its release over time. It allows me to easily manage more content.

Time management is the key here, but I find when I stop worrying about how long a post takes to write the content is much better. I think three blogs is a lot, but if you have a couple that are related and can share some content then you could manage up to five. Don't you wish you could do it all with just one!!!

Yes - Time and quality are two things we can't sacrifice.

Its a balance between a niche blogs and general blogs... I wish I have more hours in a day...

1 blog is all I have time for.


If you create content like what you should, all you should have time for 1 blog. Between taking pictures, creating videos, writing articles, doing research, I only have time to update 1 blog.

I can personally only handle one blog right now. I've tried to juggle two, but between school, LSAT prep, and feeding myself, one blog was quite enough.

Still, some people can manage four or five at a time with no problem. Having more than one blog can be a great thing, if you have the time. It's not always easy to write new content for the same blog--there's only so much you can say in one day. However, if you own multiple blogs, then you'll virtually never run out of content.
