Hello Bloggeries, We are building a new kind of content translation service that enables blogs to have get high quality translations of their content. We help you translate your blog and make it easy for you to distribute it through Search and other channels. Our goal is to help content creators expand reach and make more money. For those of you who have used Google translation or other Machine Translation services, you know that the quality is just not upto mark. Our technology is based on human translations but reduces the cost of translations significantly making it economically feasible to translate lots of content. We are looking for feedback from the community on what current needs are. Can you please answer the following questions: 1. Do you get traffic from countries whose primarily language is not English? 2. Would you be interested in having your blog posts translated? Why/ why not? 3. Given the choice of paid translations at approximately $2/post or ad supported translations which one would you prefer? 4. How much of your traffic comes directly from Search? How much comes from RSS Readers? 5. What languages are the most important (other than English) Mukund |

1. Right now, I don't think I get any traffic. ![]() 2. Maybe, if there were a lot of people from different countries visiting. 3. Ad supported, because I couldn't afford $2/post. I mean, it's free, isn't it? It's just kind of spammy. 4. Well, considering I just advertised on RSS, probably mostly from that, if any. 5. Probably Spanish. With German being second and French 3rd. |
