I have a marketing firm and I need a good online resource for training recent college grads on blogging - can anyone suggest a good site for this?

Thanks!

I'm a big fan of Darren Rowse and his blog Problogger.net. He does a good job of covering a wide range of topics, as well as articles for both beginners and excerpts. Have your college grads RSS subscribe to his blog using Google Reader or something, and they will learn a ton!
