You need several things to make you blog full of content. Talking about popular subjects at the time will bring readers to your blog. Some people are into personal blogs, but not many. I include some personal entries with my popular subjects and the personal posts recieve less views. So make sure to keep the subject interesting. Also, I think the way you write your post helps the content. Make sure to put a touch of your personality in there and not make it a magazine article.

There are a lot of articles that can justify as "good" content...but are the REALLY. Basically, content is king when it comes to websites or blogs. Without content there is no reason for readers to engage in what you have to say and keep coming back. Your writing should be grammatically correct, original, and be labeled with a certain style that fits your readers preferences.

| More obvious after reading this thread is opinions are like belly buttons, everyone has one. Mine is that HEADLINES are King and without good ones, content goes unread.

A good menu description in a restaurant may make _one_ sale, but if the food is lousy, the illusion is over. The same for content. Headlines are only "king" if your model is about getting lots of one-time readers who never return. And I don't think that that's sustainable. |
