Wordpress Real Estate Plugin

Anyone know of a Wordpress Real Estate Plugin? I'm thinking of making a CMS that also does real estate listings and would like to go with WP if possible.

Only thing I could fine was this Real Estate Plugin - WordPress Open-Realty Joomla » Jared Ritchey Design not sure it its live but looks like its in beta. could shoot the guy an email to see.

I made a real estate site but not a public listings one. too bad the client is lazy with updates and site seems almost dead right now.

It's on wordpress using custom fields and lightbox. made it last year

There are quite a few extensions for joomla that will allow you to run a real estate cms.

I am aware of Joomla. In fact I have set it up before with the help (mainly setup by) KidQuick. It's good just a real pain and not sure how SEO friendly.

Either way Real Estate is huge and I'm going to be paying further attention to this soon.

Just joined today for this thread. The one from Jared Ritchey does in fact work quite well and is very impressive but it doesn't allow you to use wordpress as a listings manager. The one Jared gives away requires either Open Realty or their fork of Open Realty called EZ Pro Realty and it puts the listings directly into your post.

I'm looking for something similar as well.
