A self-hosted WordPress blog is best. The second best is Blogger.

I'm accustomed to Wordpress. I'm satisfied with it - lots of free plug ins on the web as well as free templates.

Wordpress is by far the best to use. Get yourself a host and install wordpress. There are tons of templates to choose from, just search on Google. Everything is highly customizable. My blog is powered by wordpress, see for yourself.

i think for a start...blogger is good...bt when u want ur own domain...wordpress is the way to go
