Yeah, it'd been a few days since I'd clicked into the site (had just been reading replies through my email notifications), and it was quite the shock to see such a difference. I didn't know when the changes had went into effect, so thought there would've already been a thread about it, lol.

You hated the Green Michigal? Hmm Was thinking of making the Directory back to green again. What does everyone think?

Green is actually one of my least favorite colors, but I still prefer that you have color than just a completely plain page. The green always seemed to work for Bloggeries and with your little logo guy, there was some personality and unity across pages.

To be honest, if I stumbled across the main page for the first time today (or the forums, for that matter), I would probably just click on through to another site. I can't say it's because there's no green, of course, 'cause that would be silly, lol (especially when i don't even like green, ha)....but just because there's nothing *different*....nothing to say "hey, look, I'm not the same as the last plain page you clicked on," hehe.
