Best Click Through Rate Layout

I'm doing some research to find out common factors in a successful blog layout for click through and conversion rates. If anyone wants to link to a site they have that converts well, post a screen shot of the layout or share thoughts it would be appreciated.

mostly best click through rate will be on any layout where u use adsense links that imitate top navigation ad blend in the theme so that it really looks like navigation links at top.

I have heard different opinions on this but after looking at your blogs i have to agree yours are blended in really well.
