Hi Han,

Great Tutorial! I can see how this took you an entire weekend. This is extremely thorough and thought out. Thanks for sharing but most importantly taking the time to actually write it ALL out. I've been interested in how to create a wordpress theme for quite some time. I took a good browse but will soon digest it in full. I like how you logically and visually walk the reader through the process from start to finish.

This is also some great link bait; I'd submit it to all the social networking sites and see what happens.

Rob

thanks! Someone went a bit mad with the stumbling on my site - they stumbled my about page, I didn't think I was that interesting!

I'm still n ot happy with the tutorial - I'm going to add loads more things to it - custom 404's, archives, custom category pages, I touched on custom templates but only lightly.

I'm also planning a few little design tweak tutorials, just because I have too much time on my hands!

Cool, maybe do a little spicing up of the current tutorial and make each of the mentioned things in seperate bloggeries?

That's a a great tutorial on making your own themes. I always have a problem getting the links in the headers to work right, I bet I'll find the answer to my problem there.

Thanks for sharing
