 Wordpress Admin Plugin
I know there is a WordPress Plugin that shows the same menus as seen in the WP backend at the top of a page in a blog. I know it is out there, I just cannot remember its name. Can someone help please?

I found it. Well, I didn't find the plugin but I remembered that the Forte WordPress theme has this functionality built in. I simply copied the relevant .php file to my server and included it in the code of my theme. I now have the admin menu at the top of my page so I can go straight to the menu I require without having to go through the dashboard first.
