There are so many free wordpress themes can be downloaded, I found that less than 10 wordpress themes are outstanding and great. Anyway, I was thinking that it is hard to design a wordpress theme which suit to everyone needs, each person has his own taste.

I'm planning to design a new wordpress theme soon, I just want to know how many of you like 3 column theme? Can you slightly describe how is the pattern of the wordpress theme that you are looking for so long.
