Heya,

For SEO, Speed issues, etc. Should I convert to using the iframe version embed or should I stay on the old style object embed? Anyone have any insight to offer on this?

I don't like iframes at all since you cannot control what is on the other site, especially if the other site changes. I'd stick with the embed videos since speed isn't often the biggest issue.

Depends how many videos your publishing. If you're not publishing many, its not worth the effort

It's not much of a difference in my opinion, but if you want to SEO the videos on your site, it's best to create a video sitemap and optimize it with your keywords.
