Does anyone know of the best way to get a 3D eBook cover template graphic? I want to put my own cover image on top of it. I see a lot of sharp looking ones on other blogs. Is it reasonable to expect something decent for free? I googled it and found a few options, but I'm not really sure if they would be good. Does anyone know or have any experience doing this?

If you are good with Photoshop and got a lot of money to spend, then I would say go for Cover Action Pro. In my opinion, it is the best software for creating ebook covers and etc. For free? I'm not too sure what's good. I think your best option is visit Fiverr and find someone to create it for you. It will only cost you $5. Make sure you hire someone with a good rating and look at their samples. |

I tested a couple of free ones, you can find them searching on Google. Use "product box" rather than e-Book, eventually. Although if you want the edges to look like a book, that may not be the best. Anyway, I was not impressed by what I saw so far. There was also one on the Internet (a webapp). But I don't think I kept any of the links... I'm afraid. That's what happens when you're not too impressed by something.

You may ask for some professional designers that will design attention grabbing 3D eBook covers for you for a minimal fee. When working with a designer you will need to provide a few basic things such as images, text, and other elements that you would like incorporated into your cover. That's it.

I use Photoshop to design mine, then I use a Photoshop "action" which makes it 3D.
