Blog Feed from CSS Blog

I am considering starting a brand-new Blog to support my web site and I would like to have it on my existing domain. However, the company that hosts the site does not support PHP, MySQL, etc. -- the things necessary to have a WordPress Blog. So now I am considering a CSS template for the Blog; it seems to be the only way to have the Blog on my existing domain.

However, now another question comes up. Is there a way to have a feed from such a Blog?

I mean, if the site does not support much dynamic capability in the first place, would it be possible to create a feed from a CSS templated Blog?

Run away from that web host as fast as you can - and take your domain with you

Even free web hosting from 000webhost dot com is better than what you've got now
