What do you mean by hotspots? Do you mean that you want clickable links in the header? If that is the case you'll probably need to know some coding first, at least some basic HTML to add a link list.

Yes hotspots clickable links in the header of blogspot. I have a example of it,but i cant post a url here,i must have 15 post first to post a url here. I have frontpage,and i know how to make a hotspot but i dont know how te put that in to blogspot |

You'll have to go to your Blogger dashboard, click "Layout", then Edit HTML. Click the "Expand widgets" checkbox, find the code for your header and then paste in the clickable link code into the appropriate place in your header.

I can make a header with the hotspots in frontpage. But i have to safe the file and upload him on the internet. Its is a html file when im saving it forum frontpage,is there a site where i can upload a html file? (like photobucket) |

What you will have to do is open the HTML page created by frontpage in your browser, view the source for that page and then copy the part with the hotspots from that HTML page and then paste into your blog theme. It is delicate work and requires quite a bit of programming experience. If I were you I would take a different approach to the question and perhaps find some other way to achieve the effect that you want. For example, perhaps a simple link list would do?
