Wordpress Themes is my favourite theme database, because it's big and searchable.

There's some nice romantic themes under 'dating' and 'St Valentine'.

There's also some adult themes if you're a little more NSFW.

i still don't know how to install a new theme?
i use theme that is provided by wp
and btw, how to install plug in menu?
because there is no plug in menu in my wo menu?
there are just dashbiard,media,links and so on
but no plug in
how?
how to get it?

In the latest wordpress version I go to appearance. You may need ftp access if you don't have a one click isntall.

I would always recommend to someone to go for the Self-Host route.
