 Blogger Comment Form Refreshes Page on Old Browsers
Be warned: If you are using the embedded comment form on a new Blogger blog that you just started, then you probably have a builtin but that causes post pages to refresh whenever they are viewed by people with older browsers. I wrote a post about the situation and its fix: Blogger.com Refreshes Page Every Few Seconds on Old Browsers - Experiment Garden This may also fix some of the other mysterious commenting problems that Blogger users have been suffering from. Personally, I replaced my comment system with JSKit.

It also backs up the comments with Blogger, something which is extremely important for me, because if I change services in the future, I do not want to lose comments.
