Twitter has actually found me new people to network with.....offline.

Where I live, it's pretty rural, and as such I don't know a huge amount of "web designers". I have found people who live near me who are web designers, and I ususally meet up with down the pub as part of a twitter web design get together liquid lunch. It's all rather fun

Twitter is the network I have the most connections on, and is the easiest in terms of updating everyone on what you are doing. It brings me the most amount of traffic for my blog too.
