Your 'Social Media Marketing' website says - "Since our inception in 2007 we have helped thousands of websites to reach enormous exposure and organically rank high on major search engines in short amount of time." - but you're asking here for advice on social media marketing? And you say that you, yourself, haven't made a sale? ... need some clarification, please!

I noticed the same thing and am equally confused.

Lesson learned if you ever hire an SEO or SMM make sure they have recommendations

I simply find them a great place for targetted advertising. Our blog is all about canadian wedding ideas.

Advertising on Google (never mind actuall ywaiting for SEO to produce results) can be tedious and EXPENSIVE.

But on Facebook I can show $0.40 CPC ads to "engaged women in Canada". Very targeted. All we have to do now is make sure we earn more than $0.40 per user! haha

$0.40 a user is quite expensive I must say. Then again you sell expensive products so who knows....

Bloggeries enemy is forums.digitalpoint.com which has thousands of visitors.. Every minute there is a reply. We need more promotion for this forum and more active members..

I can get anywhere between 100 to 2,000 visits from a StumbleUpon or Reddit submission.

I assume that bounce rate will be very high, but I guess (and I have no hard data) that 0.5 to 1% of new visitors may subscribe to my feed and roam around the site.

That can lead to hundreds of RSS subscribers in a year that you would otherwise never have.

The critical metric I look at isn't bounce rate, but % of new visitors.
