Entrecard IPO higher then streets expected! Seems Entrecard thinks their credits are gold! I'm wondering why they are selling the credits at such a high value. I'm predicting a flop and less use of the Entrecard system. The credits are highly over priced as seen in this pic here,

This means for 5 days of advertising on a popular blog (any blogs that are 2046 credits cost) it would cost you equivalent to USD$95.00 HAHAHA

I don't know what to think on this but I do think those prices are quite high. Any info on blogs charging 4000? I'd say I've noticed my value drop to 32 a day lol which is still pretty good considering it's not up and hasn't been for a while.

When I first added it I used it to some extent but there was a lot of buzz around it and a tone of people discovered that. Shortly after that I continued using it but didn't see much action from the traffic and eventually took it off.

If that is the going rate... I think that's really high considering what they sell on the "streets" for.

Just found it. I don't know it could theoretically morph into whatever it wanted to if it had the right programmers as it already has the right reach and saturation. Everyone basically knows about it already; now it just has to work on what it delivers.

You can earn 50 credits to subscribe to their entrecard blog and anyone can submit a story and once approved it will go live in whatever succession they have planned. If people all give their best content I could see it becoming maybe 1 or just numerous niche blogs written by the niche itself etc... Who knows where they are going but they are huge.

The price of ads will drop as people realise that spending them on non-productive spaces is useless when you can sell those credits back to Entrecard at $7.50 per thousand. Street sellers are also likely to either up their price, or sell back to Entrecard for a better deal.

People have already bought ECs from Entrecard at the current price, so it could well work. It's just going to change the current economy a bit.
