Sphere related help.

Hello everyone. I have a question for those of you familiar with "Sphere Related." I signed up for that service a while back and my posts have a "sphere related content" link. But it seemed that when I hit the link it simply shows me related websites. This is how is supposed to work. Good. But I could not find a way to submit my blog or posts to the sphere related directory. So immediately I forgot about it and received absolutely no traffic from them. Then today I see i have a major spike in visitor (more than a 100% increase) and then I noticed that most of them came from "sphere related". It seems my last post got into their system and now I'm receiving tons of traffic.

Does anyone know why this may have happened? I mean, did someone submitted the post to the sphere network? if so, how? or did the sphere search engine simply finally found my site? Any suggestions welcome.
