Lightbulb EntreCard - A Small Blog Conspiracy?

Hey Bloggeries members,
I figured I should post my article in here. I recently reviewed the Entrecard service on my own and found that it seems to be more of a small-blogger scheme, an inverted-pyramid scheme of sorts than a competition booster.

Why? Well the primary finding is that it will give blogs with lesser traffic an advantage over bigger competitors in gaining RSS subscribers. As such, I love the service, but find lots of "big names" using this service somewhat foolish.

The EntreCard Network - A Small Blog Conspiracy | The Net Fool

What do you think?

Default Re: EntreCard - A Small Blog Conspiracy?

I think you are pretty funny! I like the conspiracy theory.
I think Entrecard is great for small blogs, and I don't know why a large blog would be there. They don't need to spend time dropping cards to get traffic.
I do know that the reason John Chow and ProBlogger are there is because Entrecard paid them to be there. Phirate or one of them mentioned it in the forums.

Oh, and if I haven't said so already, I love Entrecard. It has been great for my small blogs!
