If you're relying on Entrecard, or any other service too much for your traffic, you're setting yourself up for a fall.

Well, my stats are just going to go down because I'm going to focus on switching over to WP already lol... and this stupid RSS Feeds... I can't manage to get over 200... it's freakin' taughting me man. I'm stuck at 199!

Honestly, since I don't drop a bunch of Entrecards anymore, I'm not really getting traffic from them either. But that's a good thing... I finally made it into the top 100K in Alexa (even though it's not saying much) but most of it is NOT from Entrecard...

I drop approximately zero cards a day. Entrecard is great for the first month you launch a blog. After that, dropping cards is a time sink. Some people get so focused on the traffic it brings in, especially if they had nothing before, that they focus all their efforts around Entrecard.

Even the sites with the most Entrecard traffic (700 ec to buy an ad on them) only get 350 users a day via Entrecard. In the big scheme of things, that is nothing, and about 300 of that 350 will stop visiting you if you stop dropping. They aren't real readers.
