Well you have to add the SU application to FireFox and you will understand it better! It adds a little Stumble button to stumble and then another button you can click and it will take you to a random page someone else stumbled!

So if you request a stumble, someone will randomly see your website eventually from a user/member selecting the random stumble button.

Just checked the rest of this post and stumbled some. Do I just hit the "I like it" button on the stumble toolbar? (just making sure i'm doing it right)

You can simply give a but to help it stay more popular, you can add a review or small excerpt from the post. After you've stumbled it, just click on the little bubble icon (thinking cloud) and it will take you to the page where you can edit to add a review.
