StumbleUpon for blog promotion

I did have some success with stumble upon but it's not consistent. It helps if you have a few friend give you a couple stumbles to get things rolling.

Yeah, SU is great for boosting traffic. If you choose the correct category to submit a new page to, and submit a quality article, you will keep receiving more traffic.

SU is great, but should never be used as the only 'primary' traffic source.

This is not targeted traffic (unless you use a detailed category when you stumble the page), but it's free traffic, so it's worth doing for the one or two people who will find what they're looking for at your blog.

Ferox What a nice person was nice enough to stumble my animal help blog last night and when I woke up I had 85 visitors because of it. She must have a great following on Stumble as I have done it myself and have only received 10.

While social media sites tend to give only the peaks in traffic you get, is very useful and free. If the rest of the content is good and you get more subscribers and more people are checking back through the bookmarks. Social media at all times!

If you are appearing to raise the number of Stumbles that your site recieves you might require to try StumbleXchange. It is a service that allos you to showcase your site to be Stumbled.

The more sites you Stumble the more yours will be shown to others. These type of sites have the potential for blackguard, but I advocate that you only Stumble sites that you feel are suitable.

i also have success in SU than Digg. Some users also clicked my ads hehehe
