I wanted to share them with you seeing many people fail at doing social networking right. These tips will help you get more out of your daily activities.


1. Make sure to add your twitter handle to your tweet button code @bbrian017 for me as an example
2. Allow easy access to all social media buttons, twitter, digg, stumbleupon, facebook, blogengage (plugin)
3. Do not have a huge advertisement at the top of your article page, this will greatly reduce tweets and other social sharing opportunities
4. Follow the people who share your articles and add them as friends, return the favor and build on that relatisonhsip
5. Write great content, catchy titles and up to date info, make sure your producing quality content that people will enjoy and want to share

I hope this helps you get more tweets, likes and other social shares. Remember it's not always about that big ad or the one click. Think long term and try to build on your relationships. Add your twitter handle to your tweet code so others can easily follow when people tweet your articles.

Great job man. Social sharing can bring tons of traffic to a website. So I am more focusing on social media these days.

Catchy title and description is key with social media as Facebook and Twitter especially, restrict your character limit.

When you post on Twitter, what do you post? I've never used Twitter until now, and feel like I'm whoring out my blog thinking that someone famous or with a lot of followers will actually read it. It's like hey you're a famous person, I'll send it to you with the hopes you'll read it, like it, and maybe even re-tweet it. I feel as though I'm going about this completely wrong. I can post my blog entries, but with no followers, that hasn't been too effective. If I was into fake accounts for hidden porn sites, I'd have a ton of followers, but I've been sorting through those as I go along and blocking them. I want followers, but with real people behind them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When I submit to any social network it's other blog content. I visit all my members sites and share there stuff. That is what I share on twitter.
