How do I use reddit to promote my blog iff i am not allowed to submit my own content?

Dont worry too much about this, they know it, and if you post too many links, they'll ban you quick enough

The best option is to make a new account. I also had the same problem once, I contacted them but they didn't reply. Then I decided to make a new account. Now it is working fine.

I just have a button below all my posts and allow members to submit it themselves if they wish. Although creating another account is a good idea

Engage people on the site and hopefully you'll meet some people that you can ask to post your new content. Or better yet they'll be interested enough in your content that they post it without you asking.

I believe there are commercial plugins that auto-syncs your new posts to reddit, such as SocialBacklinker Pro. There might even be some free plugins too. Social backlinker has the option to mix in other related content from sites like google news too. They call it content fuzzing.

Best strategy. You need to build an army of followers to get anywhere on a site like reddit. Just submitting your site is pretty much a waste of time if you don't have others voting for you as well.

Find specialized "sub-reddits" (section of reddit discussing a certain topic). For instance, if you run a blog on hiking gear, you might try to post in a "sub-reddit" on the outdoors or hiking. Be sure to throw other links in there as well, so they don't think you're explicitly promoting a blog. Also, use a different username than your blog title.
