Google Wave - anyone using it yet?

have tried it..like how it function but its a bit slow on my pc...maybe just bcoz of my connection though...

its also pretty slow over my connection which i think takes some of the "wow" factor away from it

Yes, Google Wave is definitely very demanding on an internet connection. I hope that they streamline it some.

I might start using it soon, as my friend sent me an invite not long ago. It seems pretty slick

I am glad I came to this thread - I have heard about Google Wave, but was not invited to try it out, and didn't research it yet. It sounds interesting, and might be the beginning of several new ideas coming after it. I like the idea of sending a program out onto the internet and having it do a job for you. It sounds like a real time-saver.

Not really a fan yet. What's with the silly new scrollbars trying to be clever?

I just can't find a use for it. Just another thing to keep track of, and very little marketing potential that I can see as yet.

I'm on wave.

It doesn't do anything amazing. As a communication tool, it's pretty much the same as any other instant message client you'll find. As a collaboration tool, think yammer and google docs combined.

They hyped the hell out of it. So far, it's fallen way short in my book.
