I get most of my traffic from Google search, blog submission sites, and these forums. It's all about the links you create. Time is money, so I don't waste my time with a lot of other places. But that's me.

How do you get people to Stumble your articles when they are on your site?

I've tried to make it easy for them by using Sociable. Any more suggestions?

I'm new to StumbleUpon as well....how do you add friends and get people to view your content?

I also haven't done too well from stumble, better luck from facebook as I have a larger network of 'friends' there.

I just got back into stumbleupon..
well, I've always had the browser plugin install, you can find some cool sites with it.
but I just had to make a new account because my old one was branded with a site I sold.

I like the su.pr url's that you can use with Twitter, I've only worked on this account for a week and already have a decent group of fans or whatever their called.

I have been self submitting my posts to stubleupon and when I first submit them I get about 25-100 hits over a 1-2 day period. Recently two of my posts became popular on Stumble upon which generated 560 hit for one article in one day. Over the past 30 days, Stumbleupon has given me almost 2000 visits, on my site which used to get about 4000 a month.

You need to develop a well written article that will spark some interest. My article was how the iphone is saving lives or something like that. The Title of your post will be the biggest factor if you will get traffic from Social sites.

how do you submit your own posts? i thought you can only submit it for your main url and thats it?
