Aww Yea! The Social Media Test Has Begun!

It's a very exciting time for me. For the next month I will be testing some new social media marketing tools and techniques, and of course sharing the results with my bloggeries buds.

I'll be starting by driving traffic to this post: The Quirky-est Site On Earth | MoxKirby.com

The 'quirky' post was made specifically with no advertisements as to not violate any terms from digg, delicious, etc. You'll notice that all product recommendations are kept to the right side bar away from the actual post.

The good news is that although I have invested a lot of time and money in research and tools, if everything works out as planned, I will be able to offer a 100% totally free system to you all very soon.

Wish I had more to share right now, but I don't want to jump the gun and give advice on something without the proven results first.

Hey all, just wanted to follow up, I'm not trying to bump the thread, promise.

I just finished a webinar, and the free social media system is slated for release on the 15th. To me it's the perfect way to save yourself a ton of time, and focus on the content creation rather then marketing. I'm in on the beta-test, and the results I've seen are amazing.

Some of the results from other members include front page on digg, 100 comments on a single post in 48 hours, and one blog jumping from obscurity to a top 20,000 on alexa in under a month.

The beta is only open to paid members, but free members on the new system still get all the bells and whistles (not a watered down version) and in 2 weeks I'll make sure you guys/galls get the link.

For the admins: I'm hoping we can add a new section under 'social media' when this launches, send me a PM, and I'll give you all the details on the new program.

IMO, nothing beats organic traffic. How does your traffic quality compare to organic traffic?

Actually the best benefit of social media is the quality links leading to quality serp spots which begets organic traffic, so any direct SM I consider a bonus.
