I really like the look and feel of your blog. I also like how you incorporated the adsense down the side. Your giving yourself a chance but it's not overpowering.

The image you have in your avatar and header are priceless and totally spot on for the topic of your blog. I just found the whole blog to be very easy on my eyes in a clean crisp professional presentation. You even added the image into the flavicon; nice work.

I didn't notice any archives, how old is this blog and do you have any others?

The Site information you have in the bottom right is also a nice plugin.

I think you are on track as long as you continue promoting and making quality bloggeries. As mentioned before I really like the theme, template and logo.

Best of luck and how long long has this blog been active?

Rob

The blog is only a couple of weeks old and is only 24 posts deep. Adding an "Archive" page is one of the things on the top of my list and it's really just a matter of doing it. No other current blogs.

Thanks for the kind words.

Joe,
I agree with Rob, I really like the theme. It's fairly simple (I mean that in a good way) but still has a nice look to it. I also noticed that you no a no no-follow badge on your blog. I also don't use no follow tags.

Me too. Especially for blogs. The content is, after all, the most important piece.

Thanks for visiting my blog also!

I think you have a great blog there, and I am impressed with your readership given the youth of your blog. That is impressive, what kind of promotion tactics are you using? Also, just curious, what is a no follow tag? Good luck!

No follow tags tell search engines not to follow a link. By default they're placed on all links that are placed in comments on blogs. What that means is that those links will not be counted or recognized by search engines. There are a number of plugins that will remove the no follow tags, which then tells the search engines to follow and recognize the links. It's basically a way of encouraging your readers to submit comments. One of the main reasons no follow tags exist on blogs is to prevent comment spam, but it doesn't really work. This page has some good information on the subject.
