Well my friend and i are making a blog, first time we ever tried anything like this so comments will be very welcome, My part of the blog is probably going to be based towards more games than other things and my friends seems to do whatever so tell me what you think thanks and just to let you know i (johnt447) wrote the smash bros impressions one and the others have been done by my friend nicky (commieking)

Pretty cool, nice to see two people working together.

Based on looking at your blog, I have a couple of things I think you could improve on in your blog.

1. For the header, try placing "Beware of the Blog" on the line under "John and Nicky's." It'll make it look more professional than the word wrapping you have going on now.
2. I would place the blog archive above the blog catalog button. As you begin this blog and have just a few posts, I suggest making the archiving format into weeks instead of months. When you have blogged for multiple months, I think then it would be appropriate to move the archiving format into months. I myself use weeks still as my blog is not yet even 3 months old.
3. I suggest making only 2 posts max per page, especially since your posts are long as hell. I can check your blog archive to see your other posts, they don't all need to be on the main page.
4. I would place the digg button either in the middle of your post or at the end. No one wants to have to scroll back up to the top of the page after reading your long entries to digg it.

You have a good start. I'm sure you will learn more as you both progress and learn more about blogging.

I agree with Kalinae..
and also.. maybe try to look for another template.. black and white is good but, there are some readers who are having a hard time reading a post with white text in a black background..
