Feel free to visit, rant, critique my video games blog, Pariah's Guild. Here's some background info

The history behind Pariah’s Guild is a long and complicated one, but I'll summarize it quickly. The concept of Pariah’s Guild is actually a little more than three years old. I originally wanted to start a website back in my freshman year of high school since my high school newspaper didn’t have a video games columnist. The first Pariah’s Guild site was very crude and luckluster ( I made it with Microsoft Front Page). However, after two months of using Frontpage, it crashed on me, and Pariah’s Guild went from a free hosted website, to a free hosted blogger blog, then to a .com blog. Since then, Pariah’s Guild has always been a video games blog.

I like it. The color scheme is something different that captures your attention, but the text is still easy to read. Your columns all end at the same place which is very good and hard to do, makes you look like a pro. I like the link placement and view, and the banner a lot.

Now time for stuff to fix! Your columns need more spacing or some type of border around them so it is easy to distinguish where the columns start and end. I looked at the website for 30 seconds thinking it was a 2 column website. This is your major problem on the website that needs to be fixed. When it is, it will look a lot neater and more inviting...not to mention more easy to read. Can you make the background of the search bar red or something? I think that would look better. The white just looks really out of place, though I'm not sure people will get its purpose without the color white :-\ The social profiles need to be spaced out with 1 or 2 more line breaks between them each, or just take them all out in general. I don't really see the point in them, unless your bragging about ur lvl 28 hunter. :P They don't really add any value to the website imo, but I guess that could just be me. If you do decide to keep them in, space it out so it looks like they aren't slapped together and stacked on each other. "Meta" needs to be relocated. Add it to the top right of the page if you need to, or next to the other links. It is really out of place and useless right there. Your blog definitely has some potential with a little work.
