Dear all,
p2w2's blog for small businesses: This blog provides 'high quality' information for small businesses to help them in their business. The objective is to later form a community on the website and have meaningful, relevant and useful discussions with other small businesses and ecosystem around it. About p2w2: p2w2 (for PeopleToWorkWith) is an online marketplace for services like writing, accounting, tutoring etc. where small businesses can outsource their work to quality professionals and get their work done. I would really love to have your feedback on my website as well as blog. Thanks for your time!

first off, Great idea. Next, the layout seems great. You incorporate images into the post which is a good idea, brings something nice to all the posts. You'll get more interactivity and traffic off of having images as well (for some reason I get like 20 hits a day just from people doing google image searches of images on my site.) I'm sure you don't want for me to just sit here and tell you everything thats good and not really get anything to improve, so here comes the criticism. Your posts look like a huge wall of text, just like this post. It almost doesn't make you want to read it, which I'm sure many won't just for this very reason :P. I like to read at least one post before I criticize, but yours is way too long haha. I'm not really sure exactly what you can do to help this, maybe have some bullets then read more or something to grab the reader's attention. On the right side, I don't get the categories links. If I have to think about what something means or its usability, there is probably something wrong with it. The archives portion is horrible. Check out other blogs and see the way the archiving is done, where you can click on the month and there will then be a drop down menu. My website has that style if you would like to see what I mean. Your tag cloud doesn't really look like a cloud, it looks like a list almost. This is probably due to your tags being huge. Try to be consistent on your tags. I see at least 5 different variations of "ghost writer" in your tags. It will help the cloud look more like a cloud and clear up the junk. Everything above the Tags list looks really good.
Hope I helped out

Kalinae, thanks a ton for your time. I enjoyed reading through your feedback. And I fixed most of it. First - tag cloud - I pruned the tags. It's much more neat now. Check it out. (www.p2w2.com/blog)
On the 'wall of text' - Yes. I take your feedback. My posts tend to be long because I want to do a 'thorough' job in putting together valuable content for our target audience, small businesses. But I will try and cut down on text and increase the number of side headings so it's easier to read or skim through. I like your archive. It's very good. I looked for a wordpress widget that does what you said. But couldn't find one. The current options available in WP for archives are not very good. So I may have to wait for sometime before a good widget is available. Thanks once again. I just commented on your blog (as Chanakya). And if there is something I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers, Chaitanya www.p2w2.com/blog
