Hi everyone, I just started The Blog Experiment last week... it's open to anyone to post, and you can post anything you want. Of course I do look for spam and crap... in fact there's one borderline-spam post right now (the most recent from earlier today) but I'm going to let it go for now.

Do you think The Blog Experiment will fly, or do you predict it will fall flat on its face? Haha it's ok, be blunt and honest. I'm spending a lot of time trying to promote it in various places (like here) to give it the best possible chance of being seen.

Also, before making the blog I did look for other blogs like this and didn't find any... do you guys know of any?

Hey,

Honestly, I love this idea!! As a personal blogger, I have to be very careful about protecting my, and people I mention's anonymity; and this is a great way to push the boundaries of my writing.

I also think it's great for people who want instant feedback, from lots of different people, to their single postings. It's also a great way for people to say something, and not have to drum up the traffic themselves.

I also like how you don't sensor your content based on what you might believe. I think this whole concept is very innovative and it's a great way to get people thinking, and expressing themselves!

I also love the banner images at the top!!

I don't know if you want it to be structured at all, but you could post like a quote/topic/thought of the day, or something to get people inspired...unless you just want them to inspire each other

Anyways, great work!!

ffnstuff, any chance we could get a mention on your site? I wrote my "review" of your site knowing that you may not be interested in reciprocating and that's ok, but I figured I'd ask.

Katalina, I've instituted a very public policy that gives me free reign to kill any post that's even just a little spammy, and I'm also offering the opportunity for would-be spammers to work with me not against me. So far it hasn't been bad, but then again I'm not getting a ton of traffic.

Thats a pretty interesting concept. Because for people to submit they have to visit, which gets you traffic .
