your layout is good but I personally don't like the two columns on one side. Otherwise the blogs seems fine to me

Love the header - still working with mine. Great breakdown and use of categories.
I have toned down the technical aspects of my writing and focused on areas that people need help with.

I'll be watching your blog over the next week or so. I don't want to jump into a blogroll trade immediately, but if I like what I'm seeing over the next week then I'd be more than happy to trade! Fair enough? Right now I like what I see... so I doubt that'll change

great! I like it! it's got just the right amount of information, personal touch and pragmatism. I also like the layout. it's easy to follow and reading it was not boring at all
