Make a post actualy introducing your blog, and remove the autoplay music! In general, people don't like music that plays automatically and I'm not going back to assess your site until you've removed it.

1. Your content width doesn't always match your columns.
2. When I load the page, it's all white. That makes it hard to visualy distinguish between the three columns.
3. Stop trying to blog to make money. Your blog is full of google ads, links that aren't specifically relevant. Write quality content.
4. Actually, write your OWN content. Your top post about how to add a third column is stolen from here: Three Column Template in Three Steps. ~ Dummies Guide to Google Blogger Beta

Write your own, original content. Don't steal, don't just list links, explain why each one is worthwhile. If you have original content they you will gain traffic.

I think the topics of your blog are good, but the blog itself needs to be less of an advertisement and come together more. Good start though.
