Looks pretty good! Just a couple of tips...

Try playing around with your header. At the moment it seems a little too cluttered - the image is fine, I just think that the paragraph shouldn't really be there.

The Google ad block is a little hard to see... you might want to change the ad text to something more tolerable on the eyes than the current lime green.

Just adding to Thrix's suggestions, it might be best to work a little on your English. At the moment it looks like it's been run through a translator which may put some visitors off.
