I must say its not bad apart from it starts to get clustered. My ISP is awful but the amount of times my browser nearly crash was pretty bad. Maybe consider removing some of the third party things.

Apart from that its a decent blog.

I also used the same template on my blog..
I just notice that some of your widgets are too big to your template's sidebar... maybe try to fix it.. the imeem overlaps the other sidebar

and also some of the text are really hard to read because of the color and sometimes the size of the font.. and maybe decrease the number of post on your homepage..
