It looks too much like a template still (Get rid of the- "Welcome to this site" box), there is too much white space as well.

Get yourself a decent header also.

Thanks for your review! actually I think my blog have too much white spaces too. Any suggestions how to remove the white space? Yup, actually meanwhile I have also gotten my friend to design the Header for me. Still waiting for her updates.

Your side bar should be filled up with more entries you have meant in the past, create a list of popular post you have made over the past months you have blogged.
