I'm a new blogger - I could sure use ya'll's wisdom

Well, I ventured out into this bloggosphere of 20-something's and have begun my own blog.

It is a niche' blog for women over fifty. I would love to hear what you all have to say. Be gentle with the old broad will ya?

Clean layout, good content.

I did notice that the post dates and the post titles over ride each other in IE but they display fine in Firefox.

Love the skin. So nice to the eyes, everything nicely arranged. The only thing I would advise you is to be careful with some texts: they are on Times new roman (the last one for instance) instead of the default font that's easier to read. When you copy-paste the information (if you write it on word as I sometimes do), click on the HTML button (in your toolbar for writing) and kill anything that starts with <font ... and ends with </font>

Sometimes it's better to paste the text first in NOTEPAD (it doesn't let ANY formatting there) and then, cleaned by it, paste in the text area in your blog

Ramona, thanks for the tip on notepad. I couldn't figure out how to fix that problem. I know what you're talking about. It frustrated me and I felt it looked very sloppy, but I was at a loss as to what to do. My techno-head husband is on his way to Afghanistan and so could not offer his help.

Very neat and clean with good content. It's a great blog, especially for a first time blogger. I checked it with both Firefox and AceExplorer, it looks fine with both.

Nice looking blog I'd try and see if you could decrease the height of the current header as it takes up alot of space.

Thank you for the encouragement Adam. There are so many great blogs out there with some brilliant writers. I've felt a bit intimidated at times. But, I'm confident that my topic is a good one and not saturated in the blogosphere.
