I think you are Malaysian don't you? I'm a Malaysian too. Looking at the company names that appears in the blog made me guess that you are a Malaysian. Your blog content is unique in a sense and I wonder the reason you are dropping by at Bloggeries is to get some review and attract some traffic right?

Thanx for review my blog. i appreciate your comment. actually a friend of mine suggest to me if i wanna improve my blog, go to blogs forum & ask them to review my blog. and she said also this is one of the way to increase my traffic but i'd believed there's no mean u hev tons of traffic but there is no readership. for me to build readership, we must hev very good contents and layout too.

Don't add Onshoreman.com; on your header tag. Add a darker color for your post title. The one you have hurt my eyes. Add at least 5 post on every pages. So I will click less :P

Layout - I like it its simple and very easy to navigate, I would maybe look at moving the page tabs to sit above the content rather than off to the right.

Ads - Very nicely integrated, they blend in nicely and look natural.

Content - Not really my topic to comment on.
