Professional header. First impression was great. IF you are not getting many clicks on that massive blog on the right directly under header I'd remove it and add in the nav bars that are below. (ONly if it's not producing)

I'd also if possible fill in the GREY sidebar before the far right one with some ads or content of some kind. Lot's of open space.

Finally you seem pretty web able; I'd move to a domain!
