I think I've stumbled across your blog before. I'm not the person to give you advice on content, but I can tell you from asthetics alone......it looks excellent. Good job. |

Great info on your blog.
Keep up this. I think you should change your template and add some widgets. Maybe you can find out here. Have a nice day!

Hey cool blog!
Do you go into anything esoteric or philosophical? Maybe some stuff with C.G. Jung. Or is it a physical aspect? Both are cool. Last edited by PaulR; 04-02-2008 at 11:36 PM. |

It is a tough call but I think you could check this out and maybe blog about it. It is called "Big Dog". Watch the entire video because it is amazing to see the robot counter ballance itself. It actualy reacts to unforseen stimuli.
For example, the robot is kicked from the side and does not fall over, it steadies itself. It is kind of creepy. It also walks over strange terrain and compensates for the unevenness. The reason I say you should look into it is because it must have some form of very advanced A.I. going on. Plus, it can carry like 300 pounds of load and still function. That is just NUTS!!! I thought it was cool, surreal, and scary all at the same time. Boston Dynamics: The Leader in Lifelike Human Simulation YouTube - Boston Dynamics Big Dog (new video March 2008)
