i think you must fix your template first.. or better look for other templates..
and also an ads at the top and at the bottom of your site is not that good..

The content is very useful and I would return there if I was looking for that type of job. I like the way you have all the information and the link to apply.

One thing that threw me off was the ads at the top of the page. I was looking for content or information on what your site was about and all I seen were the ads at first. This is from a user position I am in no way an expert on blogging or websites.
